Hello, in my community one player didnt know how make her account into plus player and he doesnt want be plus player can you change her account to basic player?? community name is Iturribide_Premier, and user nick is Ivan Aparicio.
Help us please. Thanks.

I've exceptionally changed ivan123 into a basic one. Please note that his user name is ivan123!
