I have signed up for a ‘plus player account and have paid for it, but my account has been deactivated, Please reactivate my account IMMEDIATELY

I have made an immediate payment YESTERDAY 2nd Sept to

Sort 206582

I made a payment of 12 pounds sterling as my UK bank would not allow me to make to make a Euro transfer. This should more than cover the 12 euro fee at current exchange rates.

PLEASE REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY as I need to make transfers

Please confirm back to me in writing ASAP that my account has been reactivated
