We want to add 988 points to a player of my league that had a problem with his account (somebody entered and changed his password, so he had created another account) he´s name is Rafa 46, can you add him the points???

please do not misunderstand us... there were things happening in the past why we have to be 100% sure about these issues of adding points etc.!
It would be great if everybody in your league could write it down namely here on the board... once again be aware of the fact that adding points is only sth we do exceptionally and which has to be seen from case to case!
