Pro Player is not working

Hi, I bought for my user the Pro player profile; I was supposed to receive an email with further instructions, but no mail was sent to me. I've written to info@ but nobody answers... I've seen another user has had the same problem.
Anybody knows what can I do, apart from warning that this is not working?

Yes, nothing new. The think I really dislike is that nobody has still answered at info@pl-manager.co.uk, what it makes me feel really fooled. I'm wondering if I can contact with Visa, at least to get my money back...

I guess you are not part from the company, do you?

I don't know what more can I do, but warning the rest of the people of this issue

well, I´m part of the community of comunio or as it is called here pl manager! I have contacted the one that could help you and I hope you will get an answer soon! It might be that sth is not in order with the email but that is only a guess from me! Let me know in case it is not fixed till tomorrow evening!

@klausa: thanks for answering.

Process has been like this:

-Tuesday July 12th I paid through the Shop directly a Pro account (14.50€) without using Profile or Admin links. I wrote my User ID (UK576668) in the proper form field. Here I did a mistake, because I was supposed to pay 12€, not 14.50€, because I think my community is not Pro, so the proper option was Plus Player (anyway I suppose I can take the Plus level, don't I?)

-Nothing happend, no automatic mail received.

-Today I've received your email. I've visited the FAQ link you sent me and now I have temporary Plus access, but pending on another payment (no graphs, and I have received an email asking for a payment).

-Couldn't you just check my payment from this last tuesday, and just activate my Plus access? (and consider the extra 2.50€ as a donation )
