Noj saved line-up

Hello admins.
I have litle problem with my line-up.Yesterday I change my defenders (McAuley instead G.Johnson because of his injury) but today I see this change was not saved and I dont know why...I did everything like always.
Can you help me with this?

hmmh... are you sure it has saved or you have lined up correctly? As a matter please let us know if this happens again the next time so we know where the problem could have been!
