Plus player blocked account

I would like to ask you, if it is possible to renew (unblock) my account?
I have payed Plus player for previous season, but for this year I want to have the normal version, but now my account is blocked till I will pay again, but as I wrote for this season, I would like to have normal account.

I've exceptionally changed your accounts into Basic. For the next time:

Please send a notice of termination in due time with your user name and your Comunio.co.uk ID (if you are logged in, you will find the id under the logout button beside the username) to info@comunio.co.uk. In the last weeks of your Plus Player membership you may also cancel the membership under "Administraton".
