A little question about pro & plus player

Hi all,

I'm new here and i have a little problem with one of my friend.
I'll explain :

We started English PL from begining of September and my friend has purchase an offer from the website which allow him to be a pro player for 1 month (charged 1€).

And now, with the end of his pro player month, he cannot connect to his account. His name is striped when we take a look on ranking.

Can you do something or should it be the admin of our community who had to do something ?
