Can't accept offers in the market currently.

Error message "Between 03:00 and the completion of today's transfers the acceptance of an offer is not possible."
is displayed when you try and accept an offer.

With most players trying to sell players to be ready for the start to the season, I suggest fixing this bug is URGENT.
