Hallo Comunio Administration,

Ich wollte gerne für unsere Liga ( Kreisliga OF WEST ) den ProPlayer Account freischalten lassen, bin in dem Comunio Shop gewesen und wollte es für 10 Spieler freischalten lassen Gesamtpreis 145€.
Beim Eingeben der ID. Kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung und habe es sehr oft versucht aber da hat nichts geklappt. Könnt ihr mir, dass bitte freischalten bzw behilflich sein...

Hi,

hast du die User-Id oder die Community-Id eingegeben? Du kannst sonst einfach auf das Konto überweisen, das unter Kontakt angegeben ist.

Hallo liebes Comunio Team

ich habe leider versehentlich für meine ganze Liga den Pro Vertrag heute abgeschlossen.. Ziel war es nur für meinen Account die Plus Vorteile freizuschalten.

Es wäre super, wenn man die Liga wieder als Basic zurückstellen könnte
